Big family sessions are some of my favorite! I love meeting all the kids and parents from all over the country.
Christie and her family came and met up over Thanksgiving in Banner Elk and wanted to do a few family pictures while we were there. The weather in the mountains can shift in an instance. The day before it was in the 40s and sunny and the day of their session it was like 25 and 50 mile an hour winds.
We did their family session at The White Crow on top of a mountain and it was freezing. Thank goodness the inside was absolutely gorgeous and we were able to do part of them inside and still see the mountains and stay warm and out of the wind.
