Hi Y'all! I'm Sarah! I'm from a small town in Western North Carolina where we have plenty of dirt roads and no one ever gets in a hurry. I'm an equine photographer and my love for horses runs way back to before I could even walk.
I don't drink coffee, but I love sweet tea. I love meeting new people. If a brick wall could talk, we would have a great conversation. I got my first pony, Bubbles, when I was two and took my first riding lesson at the age of five. I have shown horses for over 20 years...
My husband is the most laid back man on earth and supports me in all of my crazy ideas. We live on a third generation farm with our four year old daughter, Lyza, where we raise steers for pasture raised beef. I have two horses Willy and Gus, along with three dogs Opy, Andy and Chase.
I grew up riding horses with my grandfather from the age of two when he bought me my first pony. I started taking English lessons at age 5 and then competed in Hunter/Jumpers, 4-H, and combined training growing up. When I was in college I competed on the App State Equestrian Team where I showed in Hunters and Dressage. I continued on to teach lessons and show in combined training.
Now we just enjoy trail rides on the farm and afternoon drives in the wagon.

My dad always had a camera and loved taking pictures. In college when I was on the equestrian team I was managing the website and social media and needed pictures so I started taking my dad's camera with me to horseshows and it was a ton of fun. Fast forward a few years, one of my best friends was getting married and she asked me to do her engagement pictures and that was when I bought my first DSLR camera.
