I’m trying to post a lot more personal stuff on here so that you guys can get to know me better and see parts of my life that I don’t share a ton of. Some of it will be real and raw and other parts light hearted.
It’s hard to believe it’s been 7 years since I had my bridal portraits done. My good friend Laurel let us use her beautiful farm and one of her horses. My dress was $150 on sale at a bridal store. I knew going in I wasn’t going to spend a ton on a dress because in my head it didn’t make much sense to spend so much money to wear a dress one time but that was totally my own decision. After I found the dress I took it to a local tailor to have the top piece replaced in lace to match the veil. The veil was made by my grandmother from lace that I bought at and a piece of satin ribbon to go along the bottom. It meant so much having something made by her. I wanted it to go all the way to the floor and almost act like a train.
